Unlike generalist advisory firms, SCO specializes exclusively in the engineering and implementation of supply chain improvements.

Before founding SCO, Jeff held senior operations leadership roles at a global semiconductor manufacturer, a premium appliance manufacturer, and a $26B global electronics distributor — where he led facility design, global network optimization, and automation strategy across U.S. and Asia operations.

Jeff earned his PhD in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University's W.P. Carey School of Business and is a published academic researcher. His work connects supply network structure to firm financial performance, informing every client engagement with both rigor and practicality.
